LE CHATEAU

The Living Room

On the ground floor, you will enjoy the freshness of the big corridor in the summer when you enter the chateau. On the right is the dining room that can accommodate up to 32 people. The tables are square and designed for four people, and can be assembled and adjusted to follow your use. The living room is located in the right Tower of the chateau, with its new tile floor our customers like very much for its originality and its design.

The Kitchen

The château kitchen is just after being redone, with stainless steel elements, more hygienic, also many cupboards and Jean-Yves rebuilt the tiles with a checkered yellow and blue of the most beautiful effect. It offers the advantage of also opening directly on the park pool side, where on the lawn you will find tables and chairs as well as a barbecue. Next to the kitchen, there is a bathroom with a shower and a sink and across the small corridor a separated toilet, although convenient for those who don't like to go upstairs whenever... to go in their room. One other independent toilet with a sink is also available from the park behind the right Tower for direct access from the garden.

All around the château and the gîtes have been decorated and planted with flower beds  for a note of color and relaxation. A parking area is located to the right of the path to the chateau under the freshness of the hundred-year old linden trees. The old Lavoir (which would need to be restored) continues to pour its crystal clear water, and you will be charmed by the subtle scent of old roses of which bouquet is unique and perfumes the all garden. Following the seasons, a wide variety of plants and even orchids appear here and there in the Park and we continue planting and diversifying this unique heritage to reach more than 1000 different plant species. Around the pool, a very large lawn area (which takes 18 hours to mow at certain times of the year) lets you relax and practice all kinds of activities without risking to interfere with your neighbor, or you can rest underneath one of the hundred –years old oak trees or on the foot of  large cedars. A zone remained wild on the side of the river and it is a place that fishermen appreciate.

The pool

The pool of 12 meters by 6 has a depth limited to 1.5m over its entire surface allowing swimming comfortably while making it practicable and not dangerous for the less experienced swimmers. A sound- alarm with an immersion detector is fitted for the security of the youngest, and the pool is open from 1st May to 30th September each year.
