The All Inclusive B&B formula includes suite rental with the provision of sheets, 3 towels per person, tea-towels, free internet access, barbecue, garden furniture, free parking, access to the château kitchen, living room and dining room.  Included also in our formula all the charges, water, electricity and heating except for the period 22/12/2012 to 04/01/2013 where supplement applies. 

The B&B Simple formula  includes suite rental with the provision of sheets, 3 towels per person, tea-towels, free internet access, barbecue, garden furniture, free parking, access to the château kitchen, living room and dining room.

Fuel and electricity are charged upon your real consomption.

The rental of the château is possible in Exclusive formula, and in that case, you don't need to share the kitchen, living room and dining room, and outside an area of the garden is also reserved for you with private barbecue and garden furniture. An all Inclusive-Exclusive price applies and is valid from 1 to 20 people. The château can take up to 25 persons with extra beds.

HEATING: It is included in the price of the All Inclusive formula, and calculated upon your real use in the Simple formula.

CLEANING: A flat-rate price of 80.00 € per rental is fixed for cleaning at the end of your stay if you want to enjoy your holiday to the last minute. It is an option and not compulsory providing your return the place to us in the condition you found it at your arrival and before 10 a.m. the day of your departure.

AN APARTMENT IN THIS SUPERB FRAMEWORK FROM  € 12.16 PER PERSON PER DAY.

The All Inclusive Self Catering formula includes the apartment rental, with the provision of sheets, 3 towels per person, tea-towels, free internet access, individual barbecue, garden furniture, private garden and free parking. Included also in our formula all the charges, water, electricity and heating except for the period 22/12/12 till 04/01/13 which is with supplement.

The Simple Self Catering formula includes the apartment rental, with the provision of sheets, 3 towels per person, tea-towels, free internet access, individual barbecue, garden furniture, private garden and free parking. Electricity is charged at the rate of 0.135 € per KWH used, all other charges are included.

It is possible to combine the rental of 1 or more apartments with the château rental which kitchen is fitted for up to 50 people. Once you have rented minimum the all château, we offer the breakfast to all members of your groupe staying in the apartments.

A deposit  amount of € 200.00 per rental is payable upon your arrival and can be paid either in cash or by credit card.

A deposit amount of € 100.00 per animal is payable at time of booking.

Deposit are returned within 1 month period following your departure, after deduction if applicable of expenses to return the place in order, and in that case a detailed invoice will be forwarded to you.

A reserve must be settled to cover electricity cost separately from the deposit in case of a booking in Simple formula.

Everything else is included in our formulas, no bad surprises at Fontguitard so that you can fully relax.

For all, garden furniture, swimming pool, ping-pong, football table, petanque, barbecue, sunshade, swing and trampoline for the youngest and porch swing under linden trees for adults, wide area to spread out and dry laundry, laundry room.

For our apartment guests wishing it, and upon availability, breakfast may be taken in the château for a supplement of € 6.00 per person.
