Accross from it, a toilet room with a washing basin, and at the end of the corridor, the 3rd bedroom 15 m2, with a double bed, a large wardrobe with a mirror, and also a drawer cabinet. Next to it, you will find the 3rd bathroom, with shower, washing basin and toilet.

This apartment is ideal for 6 people and it is good for a family or a group of friends.

The private terrace is a huge bonus, with predominant views on the parc and on the pool. Private and exclusive parking area reserved for you. Capacity can be brought up to 8 people, thanks to the 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.

MODULARITY

Possibility to add 2 single beds in the big living room, especially as because of the terrace in the summer, our guests usually prefer to eat outside the apartment.
